Mylène Jampanoï

Mylène Jampanoï is a French actress, born in 1980 to a Chinese father and a French mother. The young woman’s career really began in 2004 with an appearance in « Les Rivières pourpres » where she played opposite Benoît Magimel. After this first role and during the same year, she continued with rather dark films like “36, Quai des Orfèvres” by Olivier Marchal. Before these participations in major productions, Mylène Jampanoï intervened in the French series « Sous le soleil », in the early 2000s. The young woman chained roles, on television and in cinema, in all styles: horror, historical, biopic (like when she plays in « Gainsbourg ») or even romance and drama. She is also distinguished by appearances in « mixed » films by playing several times in Asia. In 2010, the young woman held the title role in a series with Jean-Hugues Anglade, « Rani ». It was also in Asia that she became the face of the Dior cosmetics brand for LVMH. In addition to this passage in the world of fashion, Mylène Jampanoï opts for other diversifications, such as voiceovers in cartoons. She lends her voice in « Kung Fu Panda » in 2008.
